First and foremost, I’m a human being just like you. I worry and get anxious. I feel overwhelmed at times. From the beginning I want you to know that I’m not some guy in an ivory tower who'll tell you all the smart things I know about how to live a better life. I've been in practice for over 10 years, and I know people are doing the best they can. You've been doing your best to cope. It may just be time for finding new ways. At it’s core, being a counselor means it’s my job to help you find those new ways. I specialize in helping people who experience anxiety or are overwhelmed by stress. I approach these challenges with skills and techniques that are simple to learn and that can have a lasting impact on your life. All people are welcome and affirmed as their authentic self in my practice. There will be no judgment from me about anything we might work on.
