I have been trained in both EMDR and brainspotting. Together with some somatic work, I use these to help you reprocess and navigate issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and even spots in life where you feel stuck. Therapy jargon aside, basically, we can retrain your brain and get it out of the place it has been stuck in. Let's break the cycle together! Counseling can be scary. I know. I've been in your seat.
