Life can be hard enough as it is, especially with everything going on in our world nowadays. But it can feel unbearable when you are also struggling with depression that won’t let you enjoy life, fatigue that won’t let you experience a spark of energy, anxiety or anger that won’t let you feel at peace, loneliness that leaves you craving for connection, issues in your relationship with your partner, or a job/career that simply is not working for you. As a therapist who has been helping people for over a decade now, I understand the importance of having a space that both feels safe and provides an opportunity to address these issues. My goal is to help you navigate that process – to help you no longer feel alone in dealing with your struggles, and to provide guidance/encouragement in moving forward to be healthier. I intend to invest in you however you need it – to help you work through your confusion, loneliness, difficult emotions, past trauma, and anything else you're struggling with. Using a grounded, relational approach that involves a combination of identifying practical solutions, developing deeper understanding, and processing/healing wounds, my focus will be to help you understand what has led you to this moment in your life and work to change the narrative so you can make healthier choices and experience the healing you need.
