Introduction

I am a Marriage, Couples, and Family therapist intern who works with individuals, couples, and families who are curious about themselves or their relationships. I offer a relational, affirming, and anti-oppressive approach to therapy. I support clients in slowing down and making space for emotions, patterns, and stories. My experience includes working with people affected by eating disorders and addiction, and those wanting to unlearn harmful narratives around bodies, relationships, and worth. You don’t need to have the right words, a clear plan, or everything neatly sorted before reaching out. If things feel heavy, confusing, or just... a lot, I’m here for it. Bring the mess, the questions, the stuff you’ve been carrying quietly. We’ll figure it out together — one honest conversation at a time.
