My main goal as a therapist is to see my clients grow and to help them recognize their abilities and strengths as an individual, so that they can feel they’re leading the life that they want. I approach each client with respect and compassion and motivate them to reach their own personal goals, so that they can continue to see self-growth. I have experience working with clients struggling in new phases of life, as well as ones who have a history of working through mental illness. As your therapist I will guide you to get on the path to get to know yourself better and help you to move in the direction you would like. Experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, adjustment issues, new-life phases, and ADHD. I also have experience working with couples battling with communication, infidelity, and intimacy issues. Other areas of training and certifications include domestic violence and sexual assault. I use an eclectic approach to therapy. Some of the therapy models I use are Cognitive -Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered. Each client has different needs, and I am here to provide the care needed to help them with coping and finding positive change.
