I’m a Licensed Independant Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), who specializes in treating anxiety disorders — including social anxiety and panic attacks — committed to helping adults and late teens learn how to overcome anxiety, silence their inner critic, reduce overthinking, build self-confidence, and find the path to a happier, more fulfilling life. My work focuses on helping people understand the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — assisting in identifying triggers, building practical skills for managing stress and regulating emotions so they can feel more relaxed and less anxious on a day-to-day basis. My counseling style is highly engaged yet warm and friendly. I believe in taking a hands-on collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals - tailoring my approach to meet clients' unique & individual needs. Because no one-size fits all!
