Introduction

I'd like to get to know you... the real you. Maybe you feel like a combination of completely opposite thoughts and emotions. That's where nonjudgmental curiosity comes in. Together we can begin to understand, unburden, and overcome. The healing process provides support and hope. So, if you feel like your happiness is under lock and key, there is hope. If you feel like you've lost control of your thoughts and can’t manage anxiety, there is hope. If you find yourself thinking you’re worthless, never enough, or weighed down, there is hope. If you feel like the person you are now is not who you are meant to be, there is hope. My therapy style is far from a “one size fits all approach". I have skills in many forms of therapy and base my treatment approach on your specific issues, your personality, and your history. You’ll find that I’m very compassionate. My clients consistently say that I’m warm, empathetic, genuine, and open-minded. I’ll listen more than I’ll talk. I’ll give you tools to manage and overcome the fear or pain you are facing. I’ll focus on you and help you find your voice. I will help you merge the person you are now with the person you are meant to be. I would love to help you unload the burdens you bear and work together to restore a happy and healthy life.
