We don't know each other yet, but I imagine you're thinking of making changes in your life. You might be here because you're trying to come to terms with something recent - the loss of a loved one, a relationship ending, or a terrifying car accident. Perhaps it's something that you have struggled with for years - anxiety, depression, trauma, a chronic pain condition, or low self-esteem. These challenges can be overwhelming, especially when we try to balance them with the existing demands of our daily lives, i.e., work, relationships, parenthood, and/or life transitions. My work in the counseling space has been shaped by a myriad of personal and professional experiences. In addition to traditional counseling offices, my passion for helping others has taken me to educational institutions, inpatient facilities, reality television, community health centers, and Native American reservations. Over the last several years, I have trained in a varied number of solution-focused and client-centered approaches, but ultimately, I tailor my approach in the counseling space to the person in front of me. Each of us has life experiences that make us unique, and I will work alongside you to ensure that ours is a successful and effective partnership.
