As a Substance Abuse Counselor, I understand that seeking help is not always easy; it can be scary and intimidating. However, I want to let you know that you are not alone. Through this journey we can share different techniques to help you overcome addiction, hardships or self doubts. Whether you are an adult with an addiction seeking help or maybe you are a concerned parent or spouse of a loved one who is searching for support, I am ready to help. Like anything new we experience for the first time, it might initially feel intimidating seeking for help. Don't walk this journey alone, allow me to help guide you down a path of peace.
