Introduction

I am a dedicated NYC-based clinical psychologist, licensed in NY, NJ, DC, and Psypact certified, serving patients in nearly 40 states. I am also a NY licensed Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Use Counselor (CASAC-Master Counselor). With experience in diverse settings such as psychiatric inpatient units at Mount Sinai Health System and Kings County Hospital, the Peter Krueger HIV clinic, LIU’s college counseling center, a neuropsychological service, an outpatient dual-diagnosis clinic, a psychiatric emergency room, and private practice, I provide comprehensive care. Additionally, I work with elite athletes and Team USA, traveling and consulting to support their mental health. Passionate about re-humanizing individuals who feel marginalized, I specialize in helping high achievers, athletes, and those struggling with substance use find balance and cope with life’s pressures. My approach focuses on co-creating authentic and empowering narratives for clients, emphasizing the importance of their unique stories and voices.
