Introduction

Adam Rietveld is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the founder of Rietveld & Associates Counseling. He has over 15 years of experience in the behavioral and mental health field. He specializes in Motivational Interviewing, a conversation style used to help you make lasting changes in your life. Adam also incorporates Solution Focused, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies in order to see how thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected and affect our daily lives. Deirdre Flynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, and the challenges of adjusting to life changes. Deirdre has experience working with diverse people and provides trauma informed, gender affirming, individualized care. Deirdre works to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each person, providing practical tools and insights to navigate life’s challenges.
