Introduction

I believe in the value of therapy to help people gain insight and make change in their lives. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents to decrease anxiety, build better coping skills, and improve self-worth. I also work with couples to improve communication and navigate the relationship in a healthy way, including those who choose ethical non-monogamy or polyamory. I have found that a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic space is the foundation for healing.
