Introduction

I work with adults and couples for perinatal mental health, identity exploration, and neurodiverse-affirming support in an LGBTQIA+ safe space. If you feel like you “have it all,” but you can’t shake this nagging feeling that something is missing, are overwhelmed managing your multiple roles (parent, spouse, partner, friend, co-worker), or feel like you’re struggling to navigate fertility as a queer person, get pregnant, be pregnant, or transition into parenthood, I can help. In addition to working with perinatal experiences, I work with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community seeking support around mental health and identity exploration. I also have specialized training in working with autistic neurodiverse couples (with one or more autistic and/or ADHD individuals) strategize how to work better together, understand each other, and build a life that supports each individual within the relationship.
