Introduction

As a queer, multicultural Latinx emerging therapist, I bring my full self, intersecting identities and all, into the room. I understand that navigating life in systems shaped by white supremacy, capitalism, and rigid binaries can be exhausting, especially when your lived experiences aren’t always seen, affirmed, or protected. I recognize how heavy that can feel, and I honor the resilience it takes to keep showing up. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not only possible, but also radical—and deeply personal. I’m here to challenge the stigma around mental health, affirm your body, culture, and gender, and co‑create a space where you feel safe, seen, and valued. Whether you identify as LGBTQIA2S+ or come from any background, you have a place here. Your story matters, and your voice will guide the work we do together. Before beginning my clinical work, I mentored and led educational programming for children and teens at a community nonprofit. My work centered around fostering positive mental health, emotional resilience, and identity development through an anti-racist, inclusive, and self-respect–driven lens. It was here that I developed a strong foundation in the strengths-based perspective—an approach that continues to shape how I view people, pain, and possibility. I believe every person holds inherent wisdom and capability, and I work to help you recognize and build upon the strengths you already carry. In our sessions, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic practices, and strengths-based approaches to support healing of both the mind and body. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you explore what healing looks like on your own terms. You don’t have to carry everything alone. Let’s begin, together.
