Introduction

Adrianna prides herself on the belief that therapy is not "one size fits all" when it comes to her clients and the reasons that bring them to therapy. She is experienced working with adults who are struggling to manage depression, anxiety, manic depression, ADHD, and personality disorder-related symptoms in a virtual setting, which allows the client to feel safe and supported in a familiar setting as well as making therapy more available to all. An initial appointment is the opportunity for both the therapist and client to get to know each other and for the therapist to introduce what treatment may look like going forward with client's input as an integral part. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, "homework" will be assigned in order for clients to continue with their personal growth outside of appointments but is meant to be a rewarding, rather than punitive, experience for clients. NOTE: Licensed ONLY in Maryland, Florida, and Indiana
