Life is amazing, and sometimes amazingly hard. Each of us have beliefs and experiences that affect our ability to form meaningful relationships, accomplish goals, or accept ourselves. I hope to help the individuals, couples, and families I work with to challenge their negative beliefs and guide them in using skills to develop a stronger sense of self and more stable relationships.
