Introduction

As a licensed clinical social worker and certified professional coach, I can help you identify what is holding you back, and work with you to incorporate healthy coping skills into your life. By tailoring sessions to meet your needs, I encourage my clients to take an active role in their growth and development. Our work together would include identifying triggers and patterns of behavior, as well as recognizing and reframing negative thoughts. My method includes aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, coaching, and mindfulness. I have a particular passion for working with life transitions, anxiety, women's issues, LGBTQ issues, and relationship concerns. Whether you are experiencing a difficult life transition or embarking on a new chapter in your life, I can help support you on your journey.
