Introduction

Ahimsa received her Master's degree in Clinical Art Therapy from Long Island University and has been practicing for over 13 years. Ahimsa works with each client to support them as they begin to explore symptoms and issues related to anxiety and depression. She especially loves working with young adults in college or grad school and believes that everyone is capable of the change they seek. She works actively to provide a therapy space that is always supportive and absolutely free of judgement, with a large sense of humor and a good dose of reality. Outside of work, Ahimsa loves spending time with her twin five year olds and staying active.
