Mental health difficulties are hard to deal with on your own. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, having difficulty finding pleasure in life, panic attacks, finding it hard to leave the house, procrastination, problems with motivation, working memory, or interpersonal conflicts, psychotherapy can help. As a therapist, I employ cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and mindfulness-based techniques and strategies to help you learn how to deal with your symptoms, work towards solving your problems, and to help you move in the direction of your goals and the life you would like to be living. I work from an integrative perspective based in acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and person-centered therapy. I have experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, productivity and motivation issues, mild autism, personality problems, interpersonal difficulties, perfectionism, existential concerns, grief, meditation-related problems/issues, and life transitions. I understand how difficult it can be to seek help for mental health issues. As a therapist, I am committed to fostering an accepting, empathetic, mindful, and collaborative environment through which you will learn how to address your mental health symptoms and improve the quality and direction of your life. I can only see clients located in New Jersey.
