I’m a cisgender, lesbian therapist and have lived many of the same struggles that bring clients into counseling: coming to terms with my own experience of anxiety and depression, the never ending process of coming out in the south, having a partner who has ADHD…and the list goes on. One of my favorite aspects of being a therapist is combining my counseling education and training with tidbits of my own life experiences in a way that allows me to help others create a new understanding of their own experiences. I provide services for individuals focusing on issues of ADHD, Autism, and concerns relevant to the LGBTQ+ community. All services are offered online using a secure telehealth platform to clients located in North Carolina and South Carolina.
