Hi! My name is Alaina. I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years; first in community-based mental health and now in the therapy setting. I am passionate about helping others become the individual they want to be, creating a life they want to live. Creating a safe, open, and honest therapeutic relationship and environment is a priority for me. I believe in shaping therapy to meet each individual's needs, and consider myself to be an integrative therapist using techniques from Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and more. I am a Certified tele-mental health provider and trauma associate. I work with individuals 15 years old and older.
