Introduction

My intention in counseling is to join you on a journey that allows you to embrace your strengths and create a deeper understanding of yourself. Everyone brings unique experiences that have led them to this point in their life, you are the expert on your journey and together we can create a safe place to explore those experiences. My counseling experience includes working with Children, Adolescents, and Adults who are dealing with Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Disordered Eating, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Addiction, Spirituality Issues, Relationships, Life Transitions, and More. As a counselor, I practice from a Holistic Viewpoint while utilizing Trauma-Informed Practices and Individual Psychology. I assist the client in viewing their life holistically in order to achieve an overall sense of well-being. The groundwork for the therapeutic relationship is built on trust, communication, and respect.
