Well hello! I'm Alainnah (She/Her), I'm a licensed therapist and yoga instructor specializing in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and complex trauma through a holistic, integrative approach. My passion for this work began with my own journey of navigating a challenging upbringing, where I became deeply curious about human behavior. This realization led me to focus on mind-body integration, nervous system regulation, and emotional processing as the foundation of my practice.
