We have all experienced challenges that may cause feelings of uncertainty, confusion, abandonment, emptiness, isolation, irritability or moments frustration. My approach is eclectic, client-centered and strengths-based with attachment and trauma theories as the foundation.I have extensive experience implementing evidence-based modalities to effectively treat anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health disorders as well as trauma, substance abuse, family conflict, life transitions and relationship issues. I incorporate my specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based strategies to discover the internal strengths and hidden blockages necessary to promote healing. We will work collaboratively to customize a tailor-made therapeutic approach to cultivate your journey of holistic wellness.
