Introduction

Hi there! Thank you for taking a look at my profile. I’m here to provide space to listen as well as guide. I have a lot of experience working with ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, OCD, and relationship issues to name a few. I enjoy integrating the expressive arts into therapy. I attended the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center and have taught both mindfulness and meditation extensively. I work with ages 13 and up and offer virtual appointments. I can provide practical strategies to help improve frequent areas of challenge such as executive functioning and emotional regulation while also providing a validating and affirming atmosphere. I am a creative and enjoy working with those who are experiencing related challenges such as imposter syndrome, writer's block, or performance anxiety. I have experience working with those who experience chronic pain/ illness, and approach these topics in an affirming and supportive manner. It is important to me to offer an inclusive environment where those of any gender, age, sexual orientation, and race feel welcome. I would love to work with you, please feel free to reach for a free consultation!
