I have been a practicing social worker for the past eight years and a therapist for over three. Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working with a variety of phenomenal people including survivors of domestic violence, incarcerated women, and moms in recovery from substance use disorders. Lately, I have been particularly invested in working with people of all ages who want to learn how to their deepen connection and understanding with themselves and others. I utilize a combination of several therapeutic approaches including attachment theory, Ego State therapy, and EMDR. Most of our present challenges can be rooted in past events and relationships, and healing from those can lead us into new freedom and peace. I believe that therapy should be both encouraging and challenging to help you achieve the growth you want in your life.
