Introduction

Are you struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression? I utilize a variety of techniques in order to personalize care to your needs. I know how hard it is to feel stuck or unsatisfied, and I know how it feels to have a therapist that truly cares, and someone who understands your unique experiences. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, life transitions, chronic diagnoses, and relationship problems. I want to be in your corner and provide support as you work to heal, blossom, and grow. Life can be such a joy when you feel comfortable and confident. Every individual's experiences are unique to them, and tailoring the right approach to your needs is of utmost importance in a clinical setting. By providing services using a combination of different methods--CBT, DBT, IMR, and other evidenced-based interventions--we can work together to find a technique that will best serve your needs. My role as a therapist is to collaborate with, support, understand, and encourage my clients to realize their purpose and worth. I have been on both sides of the therapy room and know how imperative the therapeutic relationship is to your healing. Whatever it is that life is throwing your way, I aim to be your support through it all.
