My priority is always to ensure that folks feel safe, comfortable, and free to come as they are. As someone who believes strongly in a person-centered approach, I acknowledge that you are the expert in your life, and I am an expert in guiding you through your most vulnerable and painful moments while challenging you to expand your skills to assist you in creating the change you want to see in your life. While DBT and trauma-informed CBT will be primary interventions, I also incorporate motivational interviewing and systems therapy. My clinical lens stems from psychology theories, including developmental and attachment theories. Our life experiences and environment has created the person we are today. I offer flexible session times, including evenings and weekends. Therapy is for everyone. Our life experience shape and impact who we are as human beings.
