Whether she is working with individuals or couples, Alessa believes in approaching each client from a holistic perspective and pulls from various therapeutic modalities to provide personalized mental health care. Alessa first became interested in becoming a therapist after gaining some understanding of how powerful interactions are and how much individuals influence each other.
