As a therapist, I utilize a person-centered approach, integrating traditional therapeutic techniques with somatic methods, including Brainspotting, to support your healing process. I work with individuals facing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Additionally, I provide support to couples, helping them navigate relationship challenges and enhance their parenting skills. My goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative space where we can work together towards meaningful growth and well-being.
