Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with an understanding of cultural and systemic influence on our lives, I have expertise in providing therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, burnout, and experience working with caregivers. My background allows me to support those who have challenging life stressors or changes, relationship difficulties, boundaries issues, and struggle with effectively communicating needs. As a therapist utilizing a person-centered approach, I believe in developing and maintaining a collaborative, safe environment to support you in becoming your real self. While seeking support can be hard, know that you are not alone. I am excited to be here to support you in this journey, and I will celebrate with you along the way.
