Introduction

Welcome to my practice. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and a person in long-term recovery with a decade of experience working in the behavioral health treatment field. My specialties include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed Therapy. My experience has taught me that while people may seek help for very specific problems, they have often lived through traumatic events or periods in their life that left a lasting impact. Having helped many individuals get to the roots of their trauma, I’ve witnessed the difference between temporary symptom reduction versus long-term healing and transformation. My goal is to help my clients find deep and effective healing that leads to new levels of freedom and satisfaction with their lives. My approach is non-pathologizing, holistic, and person centered. I offer convenient and confidential online therapy for adults focused on recovery from complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
