Introduction

I'm Alex Sasu, a compassionate and dedicated counselor passionate about empowering individuals, couples, and families to achieve emotional wellness and fulfilling relationships. My journey into counseling began with a natural talent for helping others. Friends and family would often seek my advice, and I found joy in supporting them through life's challenges. To enhance my abilities, I decided to pursue professional training to become a certified counselor. In my practice, I work with a diverse range of clients, including teenagers, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I'm committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for each individual to explore their concerns and goals. I specialize in supporting clients navigating: - Anxiety and depression, helping you find hope and healing - Relationship challenges, strengthening bonds and communication - Trauma and adversity, guiding you toward resilience and growth My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as: - Gottman Method - Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and families - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma processing. Together, we'll collaborate to understand your unique needs and develop a personalized plan to address them. My goal is to support you in achieving lasting growth, improved relationships, and a more authentic, joyful life. Feel free to reach out to schedule a session or learn more about my services. I look forward to walking alongside you on your counseling journey!
