Introduction

I believe that people have the potential to become their most authentic and true selves. Whether navigating identity formations, career changes, or life in general, people have the capacity to thrive where they are. I believe in a holistic approach of looking at where the client has come from and where they are headed while also taking into consideration of what life currently looks like. Whether dealing with anxiety, grief, chronic illness, or past wounds, I want to help my clients navigate and equip themselves with tools to flourish. I specialize in identity formation, anxiety, grief, loss, depression, chronic health issues, spirituality, and relationships. I provide a safe space for clients to focus on how they can be their best selves in the present while working towards their goals.
