Hello and welcome. Below you will be able to read a bit about who I am as a clinician, how I may be of assistance, and how to reach me at either of my 2 office locations. For just over 10 years I have been in practice and have worked in a variety of clinical settings. During this time I have had the privilege of working with some incredible individuals and have learned a lot about myself and the process of counseling, especially when it comes to relationships with others and the relationship we have with ourselves. If you are searching for a provider who can professionally and effectively assist you in addressing issues you are personally having trouble with or are experiencing relational/marital concerns, family concerns, or any other form of relationship concerns, than I would be happy to speak with you! I understand our lives are generally made of, by, and from relationships, including our relationship with ourselves. I also believe we all know that some relationships are great while others can sometimes prove to be a bit more difficult. The more difficult a relationship is, the more conflict there may be. But, conflict is a normal part of life but it does not, nor should it be the statuesque. Conflict resolution is difficult, not all of us are tough how to manage conflict in a way that is helpful in our day-to-day, but we are always learning new things and this is simply one of those things and is nothing to be ashamed of. That said, if you are here than you may be finding some difficulties within yourself, in a particular relationship, or relationships with several close individuals. This is natural and okay, although it can be very distressing at times. Sometimes we may need, or would like, some assistance as we stroll through life and encounter the challenges life presents us with... This is what I have been trained for and continue to spend a good chunk of time learning more about. With that all in mind, I strive to do all I can to make myself available to anyone seeking counseling/psychological services. While I can be a bit "gently blunt" as others have told me, it is always in service of you and your relationships.
