I'm openly trans and queer. I find that relationships are super important, relationships with family, friends, work, community, and most importantly with yourself. I utilize internal family systems, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, Gottman, attachment, and more systems therapy. I have found most issues are trauma based through early attachment wounds or one life altering trauma.
