Alexandra specializes in individual counseling with adolescents and adults with anxiety/depression, providing skills for work-life balance, parenting support, and managing stress. From mindfulness to improved communication skills, Alexandra brings in a variety of helpful coping strategies to help individuals and families reach their goals. ​ Alexandra’s previous experience includes work in behavioral health and hospital settings where she worked with a variety of individuals and families in crisis. Her calm demeanor allows clients to feel safe and secure during challenging situations filled with heightened emotions. Alexandra also has experience running counseling groups, including various support groups and parenting groups.
