My name is Alex Casner. I am a licensed associate counselor and licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor. I have been working in and around the world of substance abuse and mental health disorders since 2017 when I started my pursuit of obtaining my Masters Degree in Addictions Counseling from Montclair State University. I am also a certified yoga instructor with a speciality in teaching yoga for trauma and addiction. I am a firm believer in helping my clients to develop a mind-body connection. I am extremely passionate about this field of work and I aim to support each of my clients by taking a person centered and solution focused approach to therapy. I believe that every client already possesses the knowledge they seek through therapy. I work with each of my clients to assist them in discovering their inner most potential and to develop a level of trust within themselves. Please feel free to reach out for any further information or inquiries. I look forward to meeting you!
