Introduction

Welcome! I’m Alexandra and I created Meaningful Change Therapy because I believe in the work that I do with my clients. I have curiosity about people and how our experiences impact who we are, and I want to discover the areas in which people want to grow. I am committed to helping you learn, thrive, and transform. I take pride in providing a compassionate, safe, and positive environment so we can together explore the areas in which you would like to change. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and holistic as well as a variety of other evidenced based approaches. I work with adults and pre-marital couples/couples who are on a journey for a more meaningful and healthy way of life. I address many issues and specialize in three areas: assisting caregivers with aging loved ones, infertility, and pre-marital relationships. In my work with pre-marital couples, I use an online strength based assessment called Prepare/Enrich for which I am a certified facilitator. When you are ready, I am here to help you and I look forward to being a part of your journey!
