Welcome!!!! I am Alexandra Mary Armstrong. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide counseling to children, youth, teens, adults, couples and families. Sessions can take place virtually for Texas residents and face to face at my farm. Counseling can help in several ways. First, it is a safe space to unburden yourself of angst, pains and troubles and save yourself from damaging relationships by unburdening in ways that break down your support system. Secondly, counseling provides space to look for patterns and solutions in your life. And thirdly, the experience of counseling aids in your internal development and supports experiencing your life in a new way.
