Introduction

Alex Magre received his master’s degree in social work from the University of Utah. For the past several years, He has worked with adults in inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities struggling with substance use disorder and other mental health conditions. His experience allows him to effectively treat those struggling with Substance abuse, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, PTSD, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. Alex also thoroughly enjoy working with couples, looking to rebuild their relationships. Alex believes in working with his clients to create a place of healing, growth and perspective. He works with his clients to help them recognize unhelpful thinking and emotional patterns and instead help them connect with their own values. He strives to help clients find inner safety and develop goals that they can use to pursue the peace and joy they seek.
