Introduction

Healing isn't linear, it's a courageous journey with ups and downs. Wherever you are along that journey, whatever trials and tribulations you have faced, and wherever you aim to land, you have already made the vulnerable choice to show up for yourself by seeking support. There is immense strength in doing so. I believe that resilience is not just a trait we possess; it's something we actively uncover and cultivate in ourselves. I am dedicated to walking alongside you as you uncover the resilience that already resides within you. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. Together, we will navigate through challenges, celebrate moments of growth, and explore the complexities of your experiences. I work with you to identify areas where resilience already exists and to nurture new pathways for growth and healing. Journeying alongside those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves is a privilege that I'm grateful to get to do with each client that I have. I would love to schedule a free consultation with you to see if it is a good fit- as I firmly believe that therapy is not a one size fits all.
