With experience and specialty working with adolescents and families in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma informed care, I’ll work with you to develop practical strategies and coping skills to enhance your well-being and improve your relationships. My name is Aly and I’m a licensed clinician currently working to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I received my undergraduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, and went on to complete my Masters in Social Work from Boston University. Since then, I’ve specialized in working with adolescents who struggle with emotion regulation, trauma, depression, and anxiety.
