I work exceptionally well with teens and adult women clients who struggle with anxiety and the perfectionism instilled into us from a young age. I also enjoy working with clients struggling to cope with chronic pain and self-harm/suicidal thinking. I am trained in dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy. I seek to empower you to make the changes in you life with habits you identify as problematic. I have a holistic view on treatment and feel that a mind-body approach is crucial to help you maintain your progress. Taking time for yourself is a difficult thing to do.
