Introduction

Hi and welcome! I'm a person in the field that helps people navigate living their life fully. I do this through providing concrete feedback to help you get out of old patterns and into new ways of living your life. My specialties include helping people communicate more clearly, act as better leaders in their life/careers, and recognize and lessen anxiety. I will work with you to improve the relationships you have with others in your life as well as move you towards achieving your goals, desires, and dreams. My favorite areas to work on include self-talk and building compassion with yourself. Together we will explore how issues that are arising may be intertwined into your relationship struggles. You will learn to release harmful ways of thinking and behavior patterns to live a more freeing and fulfilling life. If this resonates with you, please don't hesitate to contact my office to discuss your needs and ask questions. My services are provided online with video or phone sessions.
