Introduction

I believe in empowering individuals to find and create safety within their relationships, but most importantly, with the relationship with their self. I specialize in traumatic events, boundary work, women's issues, and addiction. You deserve an empathetic witness on board to process, problem solve, and build skills to handle whatever life might have thrown at you. I utilize a "bottom up" approach in somatic experiencing to help regulate your nervous system, as well as other evidenced based therapeutic modalities, including, internal family systems, DBT, mindfulness based sobriety and motivational interviewing.
