I have years of experience as a therapist working with individuals with eating disorders at the partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. My goal is to meet you where you are on your road to recovery, partnering with you to create a plan for long-term success. In my work with couples, I utilize methods researched by John Gottman, PhD. Through his work from the 1970s to today, this is a practical approach to couple’s counseling that helps couples improve fondness and admiration, learn to effectively resolve conflict, and identify areas of strength and vulnerability. I am conducting sessions via secure video only.
