Introduction

Life is messy sometimes. Therapy should feel safe, challenging, and sometimes even fun with a dose of good humor. I create a warm, compassionate space for clients to look at their patterns and painful memories while also celebrating their joyful moments. I offer a client-centered, systemic approach, and work well with high functioning anxiety, people with perfectionistic patterns and those who live or desire to live counter-culturally. I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and their relationships. I draw from a rich background in theater and the arts as well as a prior career as a bodyworker practicing massage and craniosacral therapies. I have a deep passion for somatic integration in our collective healing. I am also trained in EMDR, a highly effective modality for treating past trauma, PTSD, and chronic mental health concerns.
