Introduction

We all need help at times to process emotions, life changes, trauma, relationship problems, stress, etc. and the staff at Mountain West Behavioral Health believes in the power of holding space with others and validating what they are experiencing while also building skills to cope with struggles that we all face at times. Providers at our agency specialize in treatments for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, adjustment disorders, depression, phobias, grief/loss, and co-occurring disorders. We utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with other trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral approaches to build up coping skills for the challenges we face. We are currently accepting new clients and would love to have a chance to assist you in your journey!
