Introduction

Hi, my name is Alexis and I’m a mental health counselor intern set to graduate in May! I’ve always had a deep passion for helping others, and I’ve found a way to blend that with my love for creativity through the use of art therapy. Whether you're someone who connects through creative expression or prefers more structured approaches like CBT, DBT, or a person-centered style, I tailor each session to fit your needs, your pace, your story. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Especially if you're navigating challenges related to identity, neurodivergence (including ASD and ADHD), anxiety, or depression. Our identities shape how we experience the world, and that’s something I honor and incorporate into treatment planning and goal setting. My approach is collaborative and affirming. Consider me not just your therapist, but as a teammate, walking alongside you as you navigate your personal goals and grow in confidence and self-understanding. Whether you're a teen, young adult, or adult, my goal is to create a space where you can be your authentic self. Let’s work together to create meaningful change at your pace, in your way!
